Question and answers about Farmer

The app is 100% free!

You can create an account and book farm workers or mechanics without any charge. You can also buy and sell agriculture products through our marketplace for free.

After you have clicked “Create Booking,” an appointment will be created for you under “Booking” on your Homepage. The farm worker or mechanic will review your appointment to either confirm, postpone, or reject it.

If the farm worker or mechanic confirms the booking, the label will change to “Confirmed” and the farm worker or mechanic will provide the service for you.

If the farm worker or mechanic has postponed the booking, you can either “Accept”, “Postpone” or “Refuse” it until you found an agreement.

If the farm worker or mechanic rejects the booking, the label will change to “Rejected”. The farm worker or mechanic will therefore NOT perform the services for you. Hence, you will need to look for a new farm worker or mechanic.

   If there is anything unclear between you and the farm worker or mechanic, just text each other.

You cannot pay the farm worker, mechanic or the products through the Talad App. The payment has to be done either in cash or by bank transfer. You and the farm worker/mechanic have to clarify this on your own. Talad does not get involved in the payment.

It is 100% free to create an account and get hired from farmers.

To add more services, click “Your Services” on the Homepage, then click “Farm Worker Services.” Select the crops/plants and service(s) that you want to add and input the price for each service. After that, click “Finish,” then put in additional info about you and add new machinery info before click “Save.”

The reason why you don´t get booked can be diverse. These are the main reasons why farmers don´t book you:

1) The pictures that you have put into your account are not appealing to your potential customers.

2) You haven´t put in all your machinery pictures into your account. Hence, the farmer doesn´t know if you own the proper machinery to perform your services.

3) The prices for your services are too high.

4) Your profile picture is missing so the farmer thinks your account is not trustworthy.

5) There is just no demand for your service right now. Don´t worry just wait until the first farmer contacts you.

6) There have not yet signed up a lot of customers in your region. You can increase your service radius so more customers can search for you.

7) You can also search for new customers under “Nearby Friends”.

Mechanic

It is 100% free to create an account and get hired from customers.

To add more services, click “Your Services” on the Homepage, then click “Mechanic Services.” Select the machinery brand(s), type(s), and service(s) that you want to add. After that, click “Finish.”

The reason why you don´t get booked can be diverse. These are the main reason why customers don´t book you:

1) The pictures that you have put into your account are not appealing to your potential customers.

2) You haven´t put in all your machinery pictures into your account. Hence, the customer doesn´t know if you own the proper machinery to perform your services.

Marketplace

Question and answers about Marketplace

Buyer will be able to contact you by the phone number listed under product information. Therefore, make sure you are using an active phone number.

Currently Talad has no automated delivery yet. You will need to coordinate this with the buyer by yourself. You can ship the products through J&T, Grab, Kerry or EMS service.

The buyer will pay you directly, whether through Cash, Bank Transfer, or PromptPay. Talad is not involved and also not responsible for the payment.
